Product Return Policy:
1. "15 days free return" marked items:
Some items are labeled as "15 days free return".
You can return these items within 15 days after delivery for free and without naming a reason, even if they were installed or damaged for any reason.
No restocking fee is applied.
A prepaid label for free return shipping will be provided by us.
2. "30 Days money Back" marked items:
Returns for bathroom faucets, LED showers, sensor faucets, shower systems, and other fixtures can be processed for a full refund less the return shipping cost if the following steps are followed:
Returned item(s) must be unused and unblemished by any trials or other signs of wear & tear.
Refunds of the final invoice price will be issued.
3. "15 days free return" AND "30 Days money Back" marked items:
In this case for the first 15 days after delivery, the policy listed under paragraph 2."15 days free return" marked items applies.
For the second 15 days, the policy listed under paragraph 1."15 days free return" marked items applies.
Labor, installation, surcharges, or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.
Returns for merchandise received as part of a "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned merchandise less actual outbound shipping charges.
Refund or exchanges are accepted within 30 days from receiving your order and according to listed guidelines. In every case please contact us for further instructions on your return and to provide you your specific return address.
Please open the boxes immediately after delivery and check for damage of any kind.
Previously Installed Products:
A product that has been installed, modified, or has missing parts cannot be returned to us. The merchandise may qualify for replacement under the Manufacturer's Warranty, and we will be happy to assist you with this process.
Special Orders: Special orders must be paid for, in full, in advance, and are non-returnable. No refund can be issued for special ordered items.
If shipping damage has occurred, then you must contact us within four days of UPS/FedEx delivery so we can assist you with your replacement.
Large Package Deliveries
Immediate inspection is especially important when receiving large items such as a bathtub, whirlpool, or steam shower. In this case, it is important to note any damage on the bill of lading or receipt when you sign for the delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged. All damages should be reported to Fluxurie within 48 hours of delivery.
Customers who sign for delivery but do not notate 'damage' assume responsibility if the merchandise is damaged. If the product itself appears significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery. Please notify Fluxurie of the refusal so that we can anticipate the return and send out a new item. Fluxurie replaces the damaged or defective good(s) at no additional charge. If a return is desired instead of a replacement, the 'Standard Return Policy' above applies, and there may be a restocking fee applied, and our initial shipping and handling costs will be deducted from your credit.
Failure to follow the return procedures for the damaged item(s) may result in a charge for the free replacement item.
Returned items that are found to be in working condition or shipped as ordered may not be eligible for a refund. In such a case, Fluxurie will email you our decision on whether to send the item back to you at your expense or be refunded with a 50% restocking fee and store credit.
